We believe in the freedom for Americans to live according to individual values, beliefs, and convictions. We believe in freedoms of religion, expression, assembly, petition, grievance, medical decision, and school choice. Where there is risk, there must be choice. 

5th Amendment

14th Amendment

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Families created this great nation and its families that the United States Constitution and other guiding documents seeks to protect and safeguard. Children are a gift from Creator God that belong to and are a charge of their parents, not the state. A child’s parents retain the rights to make decisions about the health, welfare, education, and upbringing of their children. Parents are responsible for meeting the basic needs of their children for food, medical care, and education. Although parents may share or delegate these rights and responsibilities, the government cannot remove or infringe on those rights, except in special circumstances where a child’s life is in danger.

Government Infringement of Parent Rights

The battle for parental rights races at the federal and state levels. Our federal and state government continues to attack the rights and responsibilities of parents to raise their children according to their personal values and convictions. The federal government and State of California continue to pass laws and promote policies that subvert the rights and responsibilities of parents and seek to transition those rights to the federal and state government.

Vaccine Mandates

During its 2021-2022 Session, California Legislators have introduced Senate Bills (SB) and Assembly Bills (AB) have far overreach their authority by seeking to abridge and violate the constitutional rights of Californians unless they submit to COVID medical experiments. Many of these bills are targeted at our children.

Requires children 0-17 years old receive COVID-19 vaccine to attend daycare, public schools or private schools, without exception.

Reduces age of consent for COVID-19 vaccine to 12 years old.

Authorizes medical board to inspect doctor records without patient consent.

Mandates law enforcement to enforce public health orders, without exception.

SIGNED INTO LAW SEPTEMBER 29, 2022 

Requires schools to perform ongoing COVID-19 testing and create long-term testing plans.

Changes California Medical Privacy Act to authorize sharing medical information of minor children with schools and school service programs.

Changes California Immunization Record Database to provide government agencies with private medical records and vaccine records of Californians. 

Transgenderism in Young People

Gender dysphoria is a very real and destructive condition where people have a disconnect between their mind and physical sex. Gender dysphoria is often a manifestation caused by untreated underlying issues, such as sexual abuse, severe childhood trauma, mental illness, and many other factors.

Unfortunately, our culture today has silenced medical and subject-matter experts that dissent from the federal and state propaganda of affirming care. Young boys and girls are being affirmed to believe they are in the wrong body, and that chemically castrating and mutilating themselves will help them find fulfillment. Without addressing the underlying issues of their gender dysphoria our children will not find the inner peace they seek. We must treat the whole child – mind, body and soul – to help them work through the underlying issues plaguing them.

School Choice

California schools are failing our children. Curriculum to prepare our children to function as contributing adults in society have been traded for political ideologies designed to pit children against their parents. Parents across the political aisle are rallying around the important truth that the State of California public education system is failing our children. We must take a stand. Organizations like the California GOP Parent Revolt and Public School Exit are educating parents and providing needed resources to fight for the rights of their children to learn and remove their children from the public school propaganda machine.

Critical Race Theory

Critical Race Theory (CRT) is racism repackaged, asserting that race is a social construct designed to oppress people of color. At its roots, the CRT movement argues that the American way of life, social construct, government, political structure, and economic systems are specifically designed to oppress people of color and prevent them from prospering in America.

Critical Race Theory undermines the Civil Rights Act of 1866, which established legal protections against discrimination on the basis of race, color or servitude, and Civil Rights Act of 1964 that established comprehensive legal protections for all Americans as it pertained to inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Further, CRT undermines the important work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who fought with his life to realize a dream where we “will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
